​​​​​​​​In an already oversaturated market, traders are being sold strategy after strategy while ignoring the systems that sabotage them. We believe that a lack of information or technical analysis alone isn't enough to sabotage traders in the ongoing cycles of break even or unprofitable trading. Most traders are unconsciously trading with old identities tied to negative beliefs about their value, money and self-worth whilst wondering why their knowledge in the market never matches their behavior.

But we don't need more knowledge we need to understand ourselves well enough to stop being blind sighted by our own fears. ​Our identity is a result of our past experiences, conditioning and belief systems which shape who we become on an emotional, behavioral and nervous system level.

This creates our Internal framework which dictates how we think, feel and act including how we read the markets, perceive risk and execute under pressure. ​​Most programs encourage traders to continuously invest into education and very little into themselves, with the most common advice being ''just be more disciplined and patient'' without the correct tools given and while neglecting the underlying triggers causing that impatience or lack of 'discipline'.

But traders don't lack discipline, they lack awareness. ​And as a result, many traders spend years trapped in a destructive cycle believing they are incapable, inconsistent or simply 'not meant for trading' when in reality the problem was never a lack of understanding the markets. It was a lack of understanding themselves.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
